Designed to meet you where you are at, this self-paced program is structured so that you can find the rhythm that suits your life. New content will be released each week over six weeks. It includes text, additional resources, short videos and invitations to practice for fifteen minutes a day or less. By the end of your six week investment, you'll have a habit of daily practice and more space and capacity in your life.
